Tucked into Main Street in Blanco, Texas, El Agave Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill has become the town's go-to spot for hearty, made-to-order Mexican food. Whether you're stopping in after a long day on the highway or celebrating a big night out — like the graduation crowd that once packed our dining room — our kitchen keeps the plates coming hot, fresh, and fast.
